One person suffered serious injuries following a multiple-vehicle wreck in Renton.
As per the initial information, the four-vehicle pile-up took place near the 3000 block of NE Sunset Boulevard around noon. According to the responding officers, one person suffered serious injuries as a result of the accident. All four lanes were closed as crews worked at the scene.
Reports further added that tow trucks also responded to the crash site. Drivers were asked to avoid the area. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is continuing.
