On Saturday morning, one person received injuries after a motorcycle was hit by a car.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle accident took place just before noon at the intersection of Roscoe Road and GA 34 Bypass. The preliminary reports revealed that a man driving a motorbike heading north on Roscoe Road was reportedly struck by a car going south that was trying to turn left on GA 34 Bypass.
On arrival, emergency crews airlifted the motorcyclist to an Atlanta-area hospital and he is expected to survive. The intersection was briefly shut down to give way to the investigation. It is unknown if the driver of the car will face any criminal charges as the investigation is incomplete. No other details are available.
