On Wednesday, at least one person suffered critical injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Nashville.
As per the initial information, the traffic collision was reported a little before 3 p.m. in the 1800 block of Murfreesboro Pike. The early reports showed that at least two vehicles were involved in the crash. Officials confirmed that one person suffered critical injuries as a result of the wreck.
Officials shut down the 1800 block of Murfreesboro Pike as crews worked at the scene. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No additional information has been provided by the authorities.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
