On Monday night, one person suffered critical injuries following a two-vehicle accident in Kentwood.
As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash was reported just after 8 p.m. near the intersection of 28th Street SE and Patterson Avenue SE. The early reports showed that a motorcycle rider was traveling eastbound on 28th Street SE west of Patterson Avenue SE when they crashed into another eastbound vehicle.
On arrival, emergency crews rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital, where they remain in critical condition. The identity of the victim has not been revealed. Officials believe that alcohol was not involved in the accident. No further details were provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
