1 person hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash in Reno (Reno, NV)

On Sunday evening, one person suffered injuries following an auto-pedestrian collision in Reno.

As per the initial information, the hit-and-run crash took place on Sutro Street and Oddie Boulevard. The early reports showed that a light-colored Sedan hit one person who was crossing the street at the corner of Oddie Boulevard. The pedestrian was reportedly walking outside a marked crosswalk and might be intoxicated.

On arrival, emergency crews took the victim to a hospital with a broken femur and possible brain bleeding. The driver of the involved vehicle drove away from the scene after the collision. Officers are looking for the suspect and the hit-and-run vehicle. No other details are immediately available.

The incident remains under active review.
