1 Person Died In A Pedestrian Accident In Sunnyvale (Sunnyvale, CA)

The Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety reported a pedestrian accident on Monday. 

The officials stated that the crash happened in the area of Mathilda and Washington Avenues at around 10:32 p.m. 

The officials reported that a man was found on the road with major injuries. The officials performed lifesaving measures. Shortly after, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The officials confirmed that the man was struck by two vehicles. 

The drivers of both vehicles remained at the scene and cooperated with the officials. 

The identity of the deceased victim is awaited by the officials. 

The DPS Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating the crash at the moment. 

More information relating to the fatal crash will be released after the investigation is completed.
