1 Person Died In A Pedestrian Accident In San Jose (San Jose, CA)

The California Highway Patrol reported a pedestrian accident on Saturday. 

The officials stated that one person was fatally struck on southbound Interstate Highway 280. 

The officials confirmed that the crash happened at around 1 a.m. 

The officials stated that the crash was first reported near the southbound U.S. Highway 101 connector. 

The identity of the deceased victim is yet to be released by the CHP. 

The officials are investigating the crash to clarify whether drugs, alcohol, or reckless driving was the factor involved in the crash. 

No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided.
