1 Person Died In A Motor Vehicle Crash In Tucson (Tucson, AZ)

The Tucson Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Monday night.

The collision involved two vehicles.

A Dodge Challenger and a Subaru Baja were involved in an accident near North Craycroft Road and East Pima Street. Subaru was traveling north on North Craycroft Road while attempting to make a left turn onto East Pima Street. The Dodge was traveling southbound on Craycroft in the middle lane. The two vehicles crashed into each other. 

The Dodge driver suffered only minor injuries, while the Subaru driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Dodge was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The driver of the Subaru was not using a seatbelt and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

There had been no citations or charges filed for the fatal crash.
