1 Person Died In A Motor Vehicle Crash In Stanislaus County (Stanislaus County, CA)

On Thursday, the California Highway Patrol responded to a motor vehicle crash near Shiloh Road at 2:16 p.m. 

According to the police, one person died after his 2017 Ram pickup collided with a Freightliner in Stanislaus County. 

The preliminary investigation revealed the Ram was traveling eastbound on West Grayson road when it crossed the double yellow lines and collided with the Freightliner heading westbound.

Both vehicles continued moving and stopped at the traffic lane, catching fire. 

The unidentified Ram driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The Freightliner Raul Moreno remained uninjured from the crash.

Moreno was not impaired during the crash. However, it is unclear if the Ram driver was impaired and if he was wearing seatbelts. 

Further details relating to the crash were not provided by the officials.
