1 person died after a three-vehicle pile-up on westbound I-10 off-ramp at Grant Road (Tucson, AZ)

On Monday, a multi-vehicle accident claimed the life of 1 person on the Grant Road exit ramp on Interstate 10 westbound in Tucson.

As per the initial information, the wreck took place on Sept. 27 in Tucson. The early reports showed that three vehicles were involved in the wreck, but no details have been provided regarding those vehicles.

The circumstances that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. It is also unclear if the crash caused any injuries. The ramp was back open again at 11:30 a.m. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified.

An investigation into the wreck is underway.
