One person was killed after a traffic accident Wednesday in Colton.
As per the initial information, the fatal pedestrian crash took place on Interstate 10 at the Waterman Avenue off-ramp. The authorities actively responded to the scene at 3:16 a.m. in response to a crash. On arrival, they pronounced the victim dead at 3:27 a.m.
It is unknown if the involved vehicle remained at the scene or not after the accident. The circumstances surrounding the crash also remain unclear. The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. No other details are available.
An investigation is ongoing.
