1 person died, 4 others injured following a DUI crash on Morning Drive (Bakersfield, CA)

One person was killed and four others received injuries following a DUI crash Sunday on Morning Drive.

As per the initial information, the fatal rollover accident took place at around 9 p.m. in the 3200 block of Morning Drive. Emergency crews actively responded to the scene and, on arrival, found an adult male trapped under his vehicle. He suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Four other occupants of the vehicle had injuries. The vehicle’s driver remained unharmed in the collision. The early reports showed that the driver failed to control of the vehicle and it rolled over several times. Speed and alcohol were believed to be involved in this crash. No other information is available.

The incident remains under review.
