Memphis Police officials reported that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the early hours of Sunday at around 1:30 AM. The hit-and-run accident took place near Park Avenue and Estate Drive. The victim was discovered in the roadway and soon pronounced dead on the scene.
No additional information was made available during this time, and the victim’s identity has not been disclosed. The public is encouraged to call (901)-528-CASH with any information on the accident.
