On Thursday, one person was killed following a two-vehicle accident in Brentwood.
As per the initial information, the fatal car crash took place at around 5:54 a.m. on Balfour Road and Highway 4 near Marsh Creek Road. The preliminary investigation showed that a silver Toyota Corolla heading eastbound crashed into a westbound international truck.
The driver of the Toyota suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials. The driver of the truck remained unharmed in the accident. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No other details are immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
