On Monday morning, one person was killed following a motor vehicle accident in Memphis.
As per the initial information, the fatal traffic collision took place at the intersection of Crump Boulevard and Wellington Street. On arrival, medical personnel rushed one person to Regional One Hospital where they later died of their injuries.
At this time, it is unknown how many vehicles in total were involved in the accident. The events that have led up to the crash also remain unclear. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No other details are immediately available.
The incident remains under investigation.
