On Monday night, one person was killed following a fiery crash in Bakersfield.
As per the initial information, the fatal multi-vehicle accident took place a little before 5:30 p.m. on Woodrow Avenue and Oildale Drive. The early reports showed that a vehicle smashed into several vehicles and a fence before it got engulfed in flames.
According to the officials, at least one person succumbed to their injuries at the scene. At this time, it is unknown if there was anyone else inside the vehicle. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No further details were provided.
