On Tuesday morning, one person died following a two-vehicle collision in Marana.
As per the initial information, the fatal bicycle crash took place on Twin Peaks Road. The early reports showed that a vehicle struck a bicycle rider for reasons that are yet to be known. The victim suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials.
Twin Peaks Road was shut down between Sandario Road and Saguaro Highlands Drive as crews worked at the scene. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time.
