According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a motor vehicle accident occurred in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The crash happened at Fifth and Hill streets in the Pershing Square area at around 12:20 a.m.
The officials stated that the victim was walking in a large crosswalk with his dogs and the driver of the vehicle struck them.
The victim and all the dogs suffered major injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angele Police Department.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested and was determined under the influence.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
