According to the Memphis Police Department, a motor vehicle accident was reported in Raleigh.
The officials reported that the crash happened at around 7 a.m. at Raleigh Lagrange Road and Beverly Hills Street.
Upon the arrival of the officers, a man was found lying on the road.
The victim was transported to Methodist North and later shifted to Regional One in critical condition.
Police are yet to disclose the identity of the injured victim.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided.
The Memphis Police are investigating whether drugs, alcohol or reckless driving was the factor involved in the crash.
