The Houston Police reported a motorcycle crash near Silber Road on Thursday morning.
On Thursday morning, a fatal crash blocked lanes on the Katy Freeway heading inbound.
According to the Houston Police, the victim identified as a 48-year-old male was speeding on his Harley Davidson in the early morning of Thursday at around 5:35 a.m near Silber Road.
The victim’s vehicle crashed into the back of an F-250 Ford Truck.
A 42-year-old man was unharmed while driving the pickup car.
The freeway was reopened at 11 a.m.
The officials have not disclosed the identity of the victim.
